Dr. Vladimir’s reconstructive practice is built on careful assessment — confirming that surgery is genuinely the right step rather than assuming it — and on working as part of a wider network of care.
For hand conditions, he accepts referrals from general practitioners and neurologists, and treats surgically when conservative measures have not resolved the problem. For skin conditions, he works alongside dermatologists and oncologists, particularly where skin cancer requires coordinated treatment and clear surgical margins. The aim throughout is the same restraint and honesty that defines the rest of his practice — applied to the work of restoring the body.
