Dr. Ramírez-Blanco trained in plastic, aesthetic, and reconstructive surgery at the Universidad de Guadalajara, and completed a fellowship under Dr. José Guerrerosantos — a deeply respected figure in reconstructive surgery in Latin America.
He went on to a further fellowship in Turkey with Dr. Teoman Dogan, studying preservation rhinoplasty, the structure-preserving philosophy that shapes his approach to the nose today.
He is certified by the Consejo Mexicano de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva, and is a member of ISAPS, ASPS, ASAPS, The Rhinoplasty Society, and AMCPER.
In 2015 he founded Fundación Hadar, bringing reconstructive surgical care to vulnerable patients in the region.
